Broad Function
1. To ensure all import shipment timely and accurately with the use of adequate mode of transportation.
2. To ensure all import of raw materials/equipment are compliance with Customs and government rules and regulations.
3. To deal with external Customs affairs.
4. To assist customs officer dealing with other Customs affairs.
Principal Responsibilities
1. To prepare invoice and packing list for import declaration.
2. To apply for import commodity CIQ certificate and solve the issues about CIQ.
3. To filing and keep the import documents.
4. To ensure all customs transactions and documents are correct.
5. To arrange returning the scrap materials to HK.
6. To coordinate with customs broker to settle all kinds of issues occurred on import declaration.
7. To follow and update the new regulations about import and export.
Requirements
1. College graduate or above.
2. 2-3 or more years experience in Customs Clearance.
3. Hold Customs Declaration Certificate issued by China Customs and CIQ declaration certificate issued by CIQ.
